James Ordonez, aka Chef 420 Wacko, graduated culinary school in his young 20s and started his career as a chef working fine dining kitchens in Florida. While there, he hosted celebrities and focused on honing his craft. Chef James enjoys creating unique dishes and memorable experiences and his true passion can be seen as he connects with people. From Asian infusion to classic Italian to French cuisine, Chef James’ well rounded background is sure to satisfy your taste buds and keep you wanting more.
